• You are responsible for all activity on your account — tk 11 is not liable for actions by third parties unless it is proven that there was a fault in the platform's security.

Deposits and Withdrawals

tk 11 accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming or betting purposes.

4.2 Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours to process. Identity verification or additional documents may be requested before a withdrawal request is processed.

4.3 Fund Transfer Policy

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. This bonus applies once only. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement to be met is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• The account must be fully verified before claiming a bonus.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that applies separately.
• Bonus funds are never treated as cash — they cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are met.
